I was read Miranda; is there any way my statements can still be excluded?

It’s not likely. However, there are, as always, a few exceptions. First, if you are read your Miranda warnings, and then the police coerce a confession out of you (by using illegal interrogation methods or torture), then that confession cannot be used against you. Likewise, if you confess to a crime before being offered Miranda warnings and a police officer gives you Miranda afterwards and then says something like, “Well, you’ve already confessed once. You may as well confess again,” then in that case, the second confession cannot be used against you either.
