What should employers do to prevent sexual harassment?

Employees have a responsibility to its employees to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace, and failing to do so, can lead to legal consequences against the company, regardless of who is the harasser. As such, employers must develop a sexual harassment policy, communicate the policy to the employees, designate a point person for accepting sexual harassment complaints, and put a sexual harassment complaint procedure in place.
